Working on the same principles applied in its electronic jammers, Ulusal Savunma's anti-drone systems block malicious drones (mini UAVs) by bombarding them with intense RF energies, thus making it impossible for the GPS and remote-control signals to reach the drones. Many commercial drones on the market are programmed to return to their take-off point using the GPS signal when they lose the remote-control signal, and when these drones lose both the GPS and remote-control signal, they enter into a hover mode as they try to reconnect.\n
